Old mutual Westgate

If there was a zero rating I was gonna them 0.I went to Old Mutual (Westgate) on the 20th of April to ask them to release the funds i invested with them I was told to email them a bank statement which I want the funds to be transferred to I did that and the told me it will take 10 working days for the money to be transferred in my bank account (FNB). After 2 weeks they sent me an email that they need another bank statement because they have another banking details with them which is (Capitec) account.

I went back again on Monday the 15th and they gave me a firm to sign that I want my money to be transferred to the FNB account and the consultant who was helping me was also surprised why are they taking so long to pay out,she promised me that the funds will reflect the same day or the next day.....I'm still waiting till today.
