Old Mutual website is useless

This month is the end of the financial year, and many people are taking the opportunity to make lump-sum contributions to their pensions and tax-free investments etc. So, one needs to at least get an up-to-date statement of funds in order to make decisions. But no ! Old Mutual's last financials are dated October 2024. Dead after that. Then I manually calculated the Amount that I should pay in and submit that through the website. Next day I got a sms stating that the amount was too large and would be taxed. So then I tried calling Old Mutual. An Agent returned my call on a number rated as spam by Truecaller. After an extremely long time, I was assured that the transaction will be processed in time, but no email confirmation of any kind. Old Mutual can't be serious about business !!!!
