Old mutual wealth department sucks
I don't know if it's just me but I've been struggling with them for 5 months now and still haven't received anything yet. My dad passed away and he left everything to me, I requested a small amount to be paid out and invest the rest. I filled in every form that was required and still they keep asking for more. All I get is excuse after excuse. So whatever you do don't invest with them. The wealth claim department will take their sweet time.

She sent it in for the whole amount. Now the process has to start all over again thanks for that. And also thanks to her incompetence you now have a lawsuit on your hands. That's right I've had enough of this ****, be ready to hear from my lawyer.
