OLD MUTUAL WASTED, TRASH!

*** do I have to fight with OLD MUTUAL to get my money back??? I have been going back and forth with them for weeks, and the issue is supposedly sorted, then they revert with the same issue, from the beginning! I have wasted hours on the phone, sending the same information, and countless, follow-up and escalation emails... and there is no regard, no assistance! They are robots with no sense of humanity or consideration for the time of others!!! I have officially had it!

Who is the head? I need to lodge a serious complaint!

I am NEVER associating myself with this institution, in any way, shape and form, and will ensure that no-one, as far as my influence reach, does so either. Check that!
