Old Mutual - waste of time!

Yet another disappointing experience with old mutual. I've sent through a policy cancellation letter on 2 July 2020 and it takes them 14 days to tell you that they don't accept electronic signatures. Now I need to wait another 14 days to see if my next cancellation letter is accepted. All while they keep *****ing my money. If you're thinking of opening an old mutual account, just don't!
