Old Mutual wants to ***** funds if the aged!

My mom has been trying to withdraw her funds since October, she's been sent back and forth by your consultants. This is an old woman, who is sick and each time she follows up she has to take a taxi and walk in the blazing sun. She's been up and down your offices more than 15 times now. How difficult is it to withdraw. They keep telling her she must check her bank account since October. if it's not that they are telling her about a tax clearance. how difficult can it be for old mutual to apply fir a tax clearance for someone who never earned more than 3500 in her life. This is a sickly d woman and I am telling you right now anything happen to my mom whilst old mutual is delaying her funds that have matured, i swear you will pay up!
