Old mutual want my money back

I had funeral plan with old mutual many years ago and 3 years I cancelled my everything and thy stopped deducting money from my account....last 2022 was surprised when thy started taking money from my account I went to Tembisa mall branch wre thy told me I have funeral plan with and when wanted the names of covered I didn't even anyone ...ok the account was closed n refunded me all my money...this year again when I check my pay slip old mutual is taking two payments from me R342 and R240 since July 2023.
