Old mutual very poor service
Old mutual service in midrand sucks. They can't update beneficiaries. I have submitted and followed up with them many times since February 2020 now is December 2020

I will be waiting for your further response. I hope I am not going to be waiting for long like before. The consultants service is unacceptable. Now as we chat one of my children is not covered and she is still young. should anything happen I will sue old mutual Midrand as I have submitted everything that is required.
