Old Mutual Very bad client service

I have a greenlight policy with old mutual that I removed myself from the 'life cover' in 2010 keeping my wife and sons unchanged. With recent check on my policy I request the amounts covered for each person on it. To my surprise, the wife's benefit was removed in accordance with them in August 2020!!!!! How on earth could this be!!! Mails send back and forth with the exact answer!! Apparently one person 'acvidently' removed the wife's cover, I asked for investigation and who this person was and what is going to happen internally to this person!!?? I got hold of a broker who tried to get to the root of this but Old Mutual said he can not as they will handle it in the complaints department!! Send mail again to see how or what is happening, also asked to CC me in all their consultations which they did not do. Till today From 25 February 2020 ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDBACK ON THE PROCESS OR INVESTIGATION!! So at this stage my wife's life cover amount that was R300000. 00 in 2009 just vanished by an *********** Insurance Company!!! VERY UPSET AND REALLY NOT TRUSTING THEM IN HANDLING ANY LIFE COVER IN FUTURE. I THINK THEY SHOULD PAYBACK ALL MONEY'S PAID TILL DATE SO I CAN INVEST IN A TRUSTWORTHY INSURER!!
