Old Mutual Vangate Mall zero stars for Financial Advisors

Old Mutual Vangate Mall , never has a financial advisor available , this person does not call back. After visiting the branch during office hrs on a Saturday I was told the financial advisor had already left because he didn't have anymore clients , so what am I? I left my contact numbers and still no call back, nothing on Monday or Tuesday and called again on Wednesday and again I was informed to wait until Thursday for this person to call me back as again he wasn't in and again no call on Thursday and I call on Friday and again get promised this person will call and clearly I am still waiting. I am extremely disappointed in the service and would like to transfer my funds to another fund
