OLD MUTUAL USELESS SERVICE

Sent from pillar to post to release funds that belong to me. I was told 48 hours, today it is as if I never spoke to anyone before. Now I am hearing of a completely different process to follow and told to send emails and wait for responses. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESSES IN PLACE!
