Old Mutual - Useless service

The service at Old Mutual is useless. They don't answer their phones it just goes on ringing. Apparantly everyone is still working from home. They don't return emails. At the end of the day I went to an Old Mutual branch also to no avail. I will never ever take out a policy with them again. Even Senior Administrators like Lorandu Dantu do not answer their emails.
