Old Mutual - Useless beyond words!

We took out a policy for our domestic worker, 5 years ago. They asked us to provide banking details, in order for them to pay out the money. We provided them with her banking details. After how many follow-ups, we were told that the money was paid to her. Her bank account records does not reflect this payment. The question is - in who's account was this deposited???? Useless beyond words!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
