Old Mutual Useless

<p>My wife passed away on 1st of March 2017. I submitted a Old mutual Retirement annuaty picy of my late wife to be cashed out. it is now the 10th May 2017 and up to date I have had no respons, even after emailing all relevant documents to them and several emails requesting any progress so far. To date they havr not even answered any of my emails. This atrocious service but they are quick to take your instalments, but not seemingly quick to pay what is due to their clients.
