My daughter was covered under my family funeral comprehensive cover, when she turned 21 on February 2021, I was called by a lady by the name of Nthatisi your consultant called and informed me to take a separate cover for her , which I agreed and I specifically informed her that she should cover her on a comprehensive like my elder daughter which she said she did, when I left my employer I went to check my things and I was told 1 child was covered on a standard cover I have been back and forth with Old Mutual to fix the mistake thst they did even Nthatisi acknowledged that it was an error from her site but the senior in the department that she is working at now they are not willing to fix it, when I took this cover Nthatisi was very aware that I’m 54 years old she never mentioned that I can’t take that comprehensive as age does not allow me. Now a lady by the name of Christina is arrogantly not wanting to correct this mistake made by Old Mutual she says cut off is 55 years old but because I was on prime at 54 years that disqualify me to get my policy corrected. Who’s fault is that this was done incorrectly I mentioned to her because I didn’t sign for a standard cover I signed for comprehensive and Old Mutual is so adamant not wanting to correct this matter, canI have my monies back that I contributed cause they *****ulently sold me wrong product and they’re busy debit my account with no fail. She mentioned that will not happen so it means Old Mutual is ***** they can’t fix the problem also they can’t return my money, they making their problem my problem.
