Old Mutual - Urgent assistance required

We are trying since 8 January 2022 to get assistance from Old Mutual to assist with a claim to get my Annuity paid out earlier due to medical reasons. If not sent from one person to the next I had to hold on for up to 20 minutes a time, with no one that takes ownership of the call. Today is my fifth attempt to get to talk to anyone competent, but still to no avail. Using most of my airtime to hold on. Even emails do not get answered or actioned. This is going on for nearly 2 months now. Surely their must be someone that can help. In desperation I am using Hellopeter to see if someone in Old Mutual will take some action to assist me.
