Old Mutual unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and very very absent. Never reply to any emails.

Receive emails from ***. They offer assistance if you need helpo. I needed help. I get no response and no help. Getting rude follow-up e-mails, typed all in capitals, which is extremely rude. Old Mutual seem to think I am an employee who hasn't done her job, when it seems like they are the ones who have *****ed up and are now scrambling to fix a problem. You can NEVER get to speak to a human being at Old Mutual, all their AI options are unsuitable for this situation. This is very unprofessional, I would advise anybody thinking of dealing with Old Mutual to carefully research other companies. They should have communicated with their cleints advising them that this information was required, and offer some contact numbers for people at Old Mutual who can actually offer assistance.
