OLD MUTUAL UNPROFESSIONAL

Contacted Old Mutual with regards to my Life Policy as I am going overseas permanently. Spoke to Bernard Erasmus and was told it was not valid if I went overseas. I have been paying premiums for 20 yrs and was not happy with this. I phoned again and spoke to a lady called Nella (not sure) line was bad at the Somerset office. She told me it would be valid as long as I didnt miss my premium payment. Promised to email me necessary form that afternoon. No form arrived, I phoned the next day and was told she was not in but would be back on Thursday. I asked if they could email me the necessary form and was told no as they weren't dealing with it. I asked if they could ask Nella to contact me on Thursday and left my number, no form, no phone call. It us now Tuesday and I am still waiting for a return call and the necessary form. Old Mutual are just convincing me of how *********** their staff is and how unprofessional they are as a company. What does it take to speak to someone who knows what they are doing and has the decency to respond to my request. They are quick enough when selling their products. I just wish they were as efficient when dealing with queries.
