Old Mutual unpaid investment claim

I have a very bad experience with Old Mutual. My 5 years investment period ended on the 08/03/2023. Went to the branch on the 01/04/2023 to do my claim. I was told to wait 15 days before the money appears in my account, but recieved nothing. I Went to the branch again on the 22/04/2023. I was told that my claim was not approved and there was no reason that. They asked me to wait for another 5 3- 5 days but till today there is nothing on my account. I 'm thinking of escalating this matter to my lawyers, because I have been waited for 28 days already.
