Old Mutual Unnecessary Delay in Paying Out Two Pot Savings Retirement Withdrawl After 9 Days

I am really frustrated with the lack of transparency , support and communication having aap**** to withdraw my two pot retirements savings after you opened the system on the 22nd September and completed the withdrawal request. Up to now no one gives a clear answer on how long the payment will take now going into week 2. This is really disapointing from Old Mutual as other funds have been able to process payments between 2-5 days.
