Old Mutual Unit Trust Investment Fees

I sent an email thrice to the OM unit trust department to investigate the fees that were charged on unit trust investments. The manager told me he has investigated and that everything is in order and he would send me a report but he has not. I am not satisfied that the issue has been fully investigated. I am ready to take this matter to the ombudsman if it is not attended to
