Old mutual - unit trust

Earlier this year we ask for our annuity to be paid out to us, with Old Mutual it took almost 2 weeks while they tell you that it will only take 2-3 days. Now my mother in law wants to sell her unit trust the same thing. I've send the forms on Monday, they spoke to her on Wednesday, yesterday afternoon they let me know that we need to complete something on two different pages. I send it through almost at six today and nothing happen it is now 5 days, it seems to me it will also take two weeks or maybe longer for them to pay out her money. We've also ask Sanlam to pay out her unit trust they also promised 2-3 days and it was just the opposite, the money was paid into her account on the 3rd day. Old Mutual - bad bad service
