Old Mutual ********* business practice

Since my father passed on, my mother has been having endless problems in getting a payout from Old Mutual. My mother is the sole beneficiary but old mutual is refusing to pay out on the policy. This is rather very unfair business practice coming from a company like old mutual.

My mother is a pensioner and this company feels that they can take advantage of old people and manipulate the situation in there favour. Very dissapointed.
