Old Mutual Underwriters get it wrong!

I submitted a medial history to Old Mutual for insurance. The report was incorrect, I provided proof - they refused to accept it or even have a meeting to discuss - believed the specialist report (Dr who was more interested in his stats programme than the patient). Underwriter department screamed at me when i tried to get more information as to why premiums were loaded. Believe specialist over patient who has the medical documented history. When i called sent from one department to the other then back to the financial advisor who fobbed me off saying i need to phone Old Mutual. Old Mutual tell me he needs to phone them. The joke is the same company phones me 1 week later to offer me Life insurance!
