Good day, <br> <br> The abovementioned refer.<br> <br> Case no : B489928B and that of Data Factory : *** - J S Theron.<br> <br> My completed claim forms were sent to OM on 2016/02/19, by Data Factory, whom advised that payout would take place +- in 10 days time, wgen I phoned on 2016/02/22, the lady confirmed that forms were received but payout would only take place in 6 weeks time, absolutely ridiculous, I want the money paid out to me ASAP, by the latest close of business 2016/02/26, please or I will have no other option as to refer ut higher-up !
