Old mutual unauthorized deduction
In May I noticed that there was an unauthorized deduction in my payslip from old mutual, i then wrote to them requesting for this to be corrected, they then sent me forms to complete ,I did as they said and they never come back to me now when I write to them.o do not get any response and when I go to the branch I also don't get any help

I have been complaining to them , they said they are investigating my matter but to my suprise they sent me an sms saying they are closing my case because they can't get hold of me and u never received any call from them ,and they are still deducting 380 from my payslip for a policy I know nothing about and I never gave them permission to deduct money and I never joined for any policy number is ***B7 and ID number is *** my contact is ***
