Old Mutual unauthorized deduction
I'm having a problem with Old Mutual, they are deducting from payslip ********ly. I have never opened any policy with them and this trend started February 2018.
I went to the branch in April and submitted all documents needed, they told me I will get the refund of the full amount taken which I did get for Feb, Mar, Apr, they did a good job there. . But this deduction has not been terminated my salary got deducted again in May 2018!
