Old Mutual Unable to Fix a Basic Request

It's extraordinary that a company the size of Old mutual is able to respond to a critical requirement of the long standing client, 8 days after my requesting Hellopeter to help and 60 days after I originally requested It be done. It seems no one is willing or able to take charge of a relatively simple request to change my RA payout.
