I was utterly disappointed with the last service I received from old mutual, I was looking to open a preservation fund account and the senior guys who were helping the junior help me did not give me the best experience to the point where I had to go to another company for the investment fund. What was it? Simply the lack of good customer service, making the customer feel valued and cared for, holding on to your word and calling at the times you say you'll call, if missed; calling back to apologize for not calling, all this and more I could not find from old mutual in Umhlanga, Durban #WIN
