Old Mutual two pots no payment
No communication. With other institutions people receive the funds in their account in less than 5 days. Old Mutual still no funds that applies also to my Colleagues. No one from Old mutual has received funds in their account. They don't communicate just to update.

02 Oct 2024, 06:11I need my money paid into my ac account. I got a message saying they are working on getting money into my account rnd thanking me for being patience.
If indeed this money is withdrawn for emergency then the purpose has failed. My partner withdrawal with Sanlam was only 3 days.
Please pai the money, I called SARS it takes only 24hrs. But with old mutual since applying on 18 September the wait is on. With an institution like old mutual they just don't have respect for people. Ofcos they just don't think is important to payout. I have asked so far i haven't met anyone paid from old mutual.
