Old mutual two-pot withdrawal

I have since September requested for my two-pot withdrawal I am yet still waiting for my money to come through. What so disappointing os the fact that there is no communication or sense of urgency so as ro put clients at ease or assurance that they are attending to the matter. My case has been escalated trice only to he told that it's a system error and I'm not the only one as if I'm expected to feel better upon been told that.I am not happy at all about the way my query was handled. I believe it could have been dealt with better. It's almost two months now,I'm very disappointed to put it lightly.
