Old mutual two pot system a mess

I have app**** for the two on 30 September 2024 uploaded everything,on the 8th October I was told almost there upload proof banking details,I did,then when I checked on the 15th October ,my money still in the pot and when I enquired about the status I was told the transaction in progress,then on the 18 October I couldn't find my claim and no payment was made ,it looks like I was suppose to restart the withdrawal request,the most frustrating part is old mutual doesn't give clear updated always transaction in progress but don't specify at what stage
