Old mutual two pot service is b.s I have been struggling to withdraw my savings ever since they were active for withdrawal. every week I call in the consultant tell same nonsense that they have escalated the matter up until this day no one has called me back to give me update.i send emails no one respond all my details are correct and I keep getting a WhatsApp error that say unfortunately I do not qualify but I receive statements and I know my balance it's even on their website this has been frustrating me for over a month and Old mutual doesn't really care about their customers why implement the system that you cannot rectify...
