The funds were only made available after the 1st of September, and despite completing my application, I now face a further 30-day wait before receiving the payout. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when other corporations manage to complete payouts within 5 to 10 days.

To make matters worse, there’s a complete lack of communication. I’ve attempted to follow up on the status of my application, but no one seems able to provide any clear answers. The inefficiency and lack of accountability displayed by Old Mutual staff in handling my request are concerning. It's disappointing that such a large financial institution is unable to streamline its processes or provide the level of service expected in these situations.
