Old Mutual Two Pot Payment

Iyoh, Old Mutual this is unacceptable. I app**** for my two pot in September was told the Tax number you guys have doesn't match with SARS, funny because when I receive my Tax Certificate from you guys during tax season they match. Then I had to reapply again in 10 October 2024 and still not paid, why is it taking long for Old Mutual to pay. My worry is I have 4 policies with Old Mutual and am planning to cancel all of them because this is unacceptable. (I remember when my grandma died the funeral cover paid on Friday 5pm, on the eve of the funeral) Hai this is unacceptable)
