Old Mutual turned into a junk yard

I have been unable to sucessfully submit my 2020 tax return to SARS due an incorrect IT3a from Old Mutual. I have been trying to sort this out with OM since early Nov 2020 without any success. I have sent endless numbers of emails and the same with phone calls. Just no response. Their call centres are filled with uneducated and incompitent operators that does know if they are coming or going. Easy way out is simply just to cut you off. There is no way that you can speak to a senior official or some sort of a manager because they hide behind the call centres. Its an absolute disgrace that a once great company has deteriated into such an junk yard in such a short period.
