Old Mutual trying to de***** Beneficiaries

I have been frequenting the Mmabatho Old Mutual brarnch for almost a year now , with them giving me attitude .I wanted to know about the policy which matured in 2015 and 2009 . I went with the death certificate which has an old certification stamp just to check the policies ,they said they cant help me with the certificate ,but I insisted since I was just checking not claiming.When they were assisting me you can see their attitude and the favour they are giving you .The guy checked on the system and he say the system will not reflect the policies since the copy of the Death is not recent certified , how the hell can a system which does not scan a document reject an ID number because of the stamp . I was advised to go get Original ,which I could not obtain in years since the Old Bophutatswana documnets cannot be renewed on the new Home Affairs . I am an Executor and the beneficiary dont bellieve what I am explaining to them , Is either Old Mutual wants the policy to be forgotten for it to benefit from it
