Old Mutual treating Its customers very bad.

I made a complaint about an advisor and their manager at Old Mutual, but I am so disappointed as I was not assisted. Mr. Mncube, who is a manager, showed me bad attitude when dealing with my complaint. I further spoke to Mr. Mahlangu who is Mr. Mncube's manager he also **** to me promising me that that money will be paid, the worst part is when Mr. Mncube tells me that I can go to complain to Hello Peter as I am not the only customer at Old Mutual. I am going to cancel my policies as Old Mutual does not care about its policy holders.
