Old Mutual treating customer unfairly.

I am Mrs S.L Rossouw.This is my shocking experience with Old Mutual.I was supposed to receive monthly income from the retirement (Capital) Policy with Old mutual.I have spoken to Faibairn Capital and they've been sending me from department to department until i got referred to max income and i dealt with someone that was extremely rude and this is ********* misconduct.There is complete lack of accountability and inefficieny.Nobody wants to take ownership of this problem.Old Mutual has sent me from pillar to post.The Old Mutual staff are unhelpful and unconcerned.Nobody wants to assist me.My attempts to get this money have been extremely frustrating.There is complete apathy from Old Mutual staff,promises were made but nobody has resolved the issue.I am extremely annoyed that i after all my attempts to get this money i am still no where near receiving a monthly income since 2013,its been 14 months now and nothing has been done.I am also annoyed that i had to waste R600 +/- of airtime phoning the call centers and being put on hold and nobody even bothered to phone me back yet they have my contact details.
