Old Mutual transfering me from pillar to post

Hello, in May 2015 i noticed that there was a ********** deduction on my salary pay slip by Old Mutual from Nov/Dec 2014 while i did not sign anything with them. I went to the branch and submitted all the required documents. In June they paid me back but for 3 months. I went to the branch again to make follow up and was given a phone to talk to the consultant who transferred me from pillar to posts until they told me that they are still investigating. I was angry because it does not make sense to pay a portion of the money then investigate at a later stage for outstanding payments
