Old Mutual Tracing Agency

Good Day. My mother worked at Old Mutual long time ago. Through a tracing agent they traced my mother and said that a surplus is still due to her. The Tracing agent emailed the forms, which was completed and returned to the Agency. I spoke to a lady and she confirmed that the forms are correct. This was done in September 2020. Three months later, they came back, forms not correct!!!!, we need to do it all over again. My mother do not have transport and I am not staying near her.
