Old Mutual Totally useless.
If you have an retirement annuity with this company please rethink your approach. Hands down the most terrible service I have recieved in years, have been waiting to get my TAX certificate since 13 June 2018, and every week thereafter i get excuse upon excuse.
You can’t report them to the Ombudsman because they are not a bank, I was promised on several occasions that I will be phoned back, only to have me phone in again and again. The option I am reviewing now is to move my annuity to Liberty just to get some form of service.
