Old mutual took my saying money and gave it to someone else

For my sister inlaw, disgusting terrible servive. Old mutual is refusing to give me my savings.i went to protea gardens mall to cash up money i have been saving, i was asked to submitt my bank statement which i did and now they telling me that money went into a wrong account. I have been going into the branch since February and they are telling me that they are tracing the money and it doesnt seem like am getting anywhere with them. I want my money thatbi saved this is very bad.
