Old Mutual to update credit bureau
I have serious problem with old mutual since i have changed my instalment to the actual instalment I can't buy or do anything because this is affecting my credit score I really do not know what to say anymore. Can i see changes on my creditscore it been months now why my instalment is on R3924.00 while i pay R4304.59

19 Sept 2023, 12:37Also i would like to be removed under debt review department because I've been asking to be removed I am no longer under any debt review but still old mutual has kept my name u there. not even bothering to update my account to up to date this is really affecting my credit score I can't buy anything because of them. I have asked the department to clear everything on their side but still no changes at all. can this matter be attended to with immediate effect.
