OLD MUTUAL to SLOW MUTUAL (Systemic Uselessness)

Never new Old in Old Mutual means Old as in SLOOOWWW. After 15 plus years of monthly payments my policy matured in December. It is now March and despite numerous emails and resubmitted documents meticulously signed in front of the required commissioner..... Not to mention the useless waiting on the Call Centre .... NO PAYMENT ... Is Old Mutual actually a ponzy scheme or are they just SLOOOOWWWW? Incompetence can also not be ruled out ... A straight forward request like CHECK ATTACHED DOCUMENTS.... This is ludicrous and I am regretting that I ever chose to take out a policy with SLOW MUTUAL. Fortunately I work as a Care Manager at a Retirement Group with three resorts, with 1500 plus households that I can empower elderly residents and families daily, with knowledge not to get entrapped and have to experience the frustration that I am currently facing. I will share my bad experience with anybody even half willing to listen.
