Old Mutual Threat

September 2022 I canceled my contract with debt busters due to my loan balance was not going down instead it goes up. So o couldn't make payments with for my loan because debt busters took long to transfer me to Shado Debt Counseling which I requested in September they only answered me in December 2022 for a transfer which made it had for me to make payments only now I received banking details from old mutual department and my references to make payments which I will be able to start paying on 15th of January 2023. Now old mutual has been threatening me for final notification demand for payment they even state that they will hand me over for legal actions I've been sending emails to one of the consultant for this issue Bhekithema only on the December I got to be transferred on the write department for my issue which the email was sent by Safiyuh Naidu for my reference. Old mutual please stop threatening me for something I did not do. I want to make payments for reference *** and I want to make an arrangement for payment
