OLD MUTUAL THOHOYANDOU BRANCH NEXT TO GAME MUST BE CLOSED

I recently lost my grandmother and she was an old mutual client and she has been for more than 20 years, we went to old mutual thohoyandou branch the one next to game, the face of old mutual her name is Funzani Malalamavhi was very rude and unprofessional and clearly don't know what she is doing, they have no clue what they are doing and we were sent to high court for something they could have done on the system, I had to spend the whole day at the masters court and money, petrol and energy for something as simple as claim whereas all the necessary documents are available. I'm highly disappointed with old mutual and I also had an investment with old mutual, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for being so useless to the ones in moarning.
