OLD MUTUAL think they have the only brains and calculators in this country with no way to communicate by phone or email as you are not authorized to reply to their emails

These people really think they are the only ones with brains or a calculator. My mom passed away and I reported it and YES I KNOW IT WAS A BIT LATE in the month to stop the annuity payments and I said that to numerous people!!! Well, they did pay those policies after I even sent them all the documentation they wanted on the 28 March. Then on 19 April Eliana Kotze sent me an email about the total amount paid in, the bank information WITH NO REFERENCE NUMBER to be used as a reference number. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER to contact her and when I tried to send an email to explain what I need and some other info, I got an email back that I am not authorized to send to that email. SO NO NO NO way to contact her. After numerous phone calls to 2 of their call centers totaling more than an hour of MY AIRTIME trying to explain and get the info, at last a person phoned me back when I threatened to post on Hellopeter. I explained to him and eventually he understood, but SERIOUSLY I received an email from Eliana again today that that amount was the total amount, as if I didn't know that or have a brain to realise that. BUT STILL no contact or email and NO reference number. Please note I cannot make 3 payments which I don't have each amount for each policy as I can't yet have any information of my mom's estate as I'm still waiting for the MASTER of the high court's letter, which she as working for a company who deal with these type of policies, should know can take months to get.
