Old Mutual *******

I'm convinced Old Mutual or someone within Old mutual is *****ing people's hard earned money. I've attempted to make a claim, on my deceased father's name, but I'm his eldest, and only living child. I've sent the claim in, visited two branches on at least 9 different occasions, sent five emails, and not once has anyone from Old mutual contacted me or responded in any way.
