Old Mutual *******.
This company turned out to be the worst ever. They keep on deducting my premium twice and when I email them, they just ignore my emails. I even went as far as swearing at them but they could not care less. I've asked that they pay back all my premiums but they are still ignoring me. I am trying to find the contact details for the ombuds man but with now success.
I there is anyone out there who can assist me, please, any assistance to fight these arrogant people would be highly appreciated because I've had it with these clowns.
I try calling them but only get the answering machine.

It suits me because at least everyone will see how they treat their customers.
All I got from them was that they will look into it but now they are sending me sms's, telling me that I'm in arrears on the one policy which I managed to reverse and no feedback on the problem which still persists.
I couldn't even pay my kids' school fees up to date because they make my bank account their own, deducted monies they were not supposed to but sends me these sms's.
I want them to sort out this issue but to no avail.
The lady who promised to call me at 3, did call but I was driving and couldn't answer. I was hoping I'd get a call back but nothing. I could not even call back because they decided to make use of private numbers when calling their customers.
I think this is another way of *****ing from people because they know that most people won't answer private numbers and they can then prove that they tried to call you.
I'm so tired of these *******, I'm withdrawing my pension fund, provident fund and all other policies I have with Old Mutual. Anybody reading this should do the same otherwise you will be crying in your hands.

No one cares to sort out this issues and they don't even care what their customers think or how they feel.
I spoke to a friend of mine and he told me to get out as soon as possible because Old Mutual did the same thing to him and he is happy with his current broker.
I'll close all my accounts and move my pension and provident fund to another company who actually care about their clients.
I still don't know how I'm going to catch up with the school fees because they are threatening to hand my account over. If this happens, my property will be attached which means I might even lose my car which is of utmost importance.
